These terms outline the general basis on which Gill Travel Retreats provides travel information, retreat proposals, and planning support.

General information

Content on this website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Retreat details, locations, inclusions, and availability may change depending on season, supplier conditions, or custom planning requirements.

Proposals and packages

Any itinerary or package shared after an enquiry is subject to confirmation at the time of planning or booking. Details may vary based on group size, destination, rooming, travel dates, and final service inclusions.

Accommodation and rooming

Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, all accommodations are provided on a double-occupancy basis. Single occupancy rooms may be arranged on request, subject to availability and at a supplementary cost. Please inform our team at the time of enquiry or booking if you require single occupancy.

Bookings and confirmations

A retreat or service is considered confirmed only when you receive a clear confirmation from our team and any required booking steps have been completed. Additional supplier-specific policies may apply.

At the time of booking, guests must provide one additional emergency contact person (name, relationship, and phone number) in addition to their own contact details.

Traveler responsibilities

  • Provide accurate enquiry and booking information.
  • Provide one additional emergency contact at the time of booking.
  • Review destination suitability, travel documents, and health considerations.
  • Inform us of any special requirements that could affect planning or service delivery.

Personal belongings and valuables

Guests are advised not to carry expensive items such as gold, diamond, silver, or other high-value jewellery and valuables during the journey. If you choose to bring such items, you do so entirely at your own risk. Gill Travel Retreats shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables.

Alcohol and prohibited substances

Carrying, consuming, or using alcohol, drugs, or any other prohibited substances is not permitted at any point during the entire journey. This applies throughout the retreat, including during travel, sightseeing, hotel stays, group activities, and all other parts of the trip. Gill Travel Retreats reserves the right to deny participation or discontinue services if this policy is violated.

Third-party services

Retreat experiences may involve third-party properties, transport providers, guides, or activity partners. While we aim to work with trusted providers, some operational factors remain outside our direct control.
