  • Any personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone bills, minibar usage, shopping, etc.

  • Any room heater charges (payable directly to the hotel as per their rates)
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities (landslides, road blockage, political disturbances) must be borne by the client and is payable directly on the spot

Booking and Travel Essential Information

Terms & Conditions (Key Points)

  • Check-in time is 12:00 hrs and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Single Traveler Policy: For solo/single travelers, if a room partner/companion cannot be arranged, single occupancy may be offered subject to availability at a supplementary cost.
  • Documentation for Tsomgo Lake: Strictly requires Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. Aadhaar/PAN cards are NOT accepted for this specific permit.
  • Emergency contact: Provide one additional emergency contact person (name, relationship, and phone number) at the time of booking.
  • Personal belongings: Guests are advised not to carry expensive items such as gold, diamond, silver, or other high-value jewellery. If carried, it is entirely at your own risk.
  • Alcohol and smoking: Permitted only in the privacy of your room or other designated areas, provided it does not disturb fellow guests. Recreational drugs remain strictly prohibited throughout the journey.

2 Submit Documents Send a clear scanned copy of Identity, Address, and Age proof (Adhaar/Driving License/ Voters ID/ Passport). Please ensure you carry the original documents on the tour.
3 Pay Booking Fee An advance booking fee is required; our team will share payment details upon confirmation. Payment can be made via online bank transfer, cheque, or payment gateway link. Request a payment receipt.
4 Balance Payment Pay the remaining balance 20 days prior to the tour departure date.
5 E-Documents E-vouchers and E-tickets will be issued 72 hours prior to departure.

Mandatory Document Requirements for Sikkim Entry

A Travel Card is mandatory for all tourists visiting Sikkim. To facilitate this, please provide the following scanned documents:

  1. Scanned Identification document of all travelers.
  2. Any one of the following: Voters card, Driver's license, or Passport. (Image size: 10KB to 100KB, PNG or JPG format)
  3. Passport size photos. (Image size: 10KB to 100KB, PNG or JPG format)
  4. Hotel details (Name, Check-in/Check-out dates) and an emergency contact number of a family member.
