An Udaipur Mount Abu luxury package - lakeside palaces and hill-station calm
Designed for the discerning traveller between 45 and 65, this itinerary is deliberately unhurried. Early December brings clear winter light to Rajasthan - Lake Pichola at its most photogenic, the Aravalli hills crisp against blue skies, and a calm that suits an unhurried royal escape.
We balance city and hill in equal measure: three nights of lakeside grandeur in Udaipur, followed by two nights of cooler air and calm at Mount Abu, Rajasthan's only hill station - a comfortable 3-4 hour drive apart. Expect slow boat rides, palace walks, and an evening at Nakki Lake - never more than two activities a day.

Terms & Conditions (Key Points)
- Check-in time is 12:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 AM at all properties.
- All rooms are quoted on a double-occupancy (twin-sharing) basis as the base category. Single-sharing accommodation is available on request for a supplementary cost - please inform our team at the time of booking if this is required.
- Documentation: Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID), along with a photocopy, for check-in at hotels and during sightseeing.
- Family Details: We request the full residential address, and the name and contact number of a son, daughter, or other immediate family member, for every traveller - to be shared at the time of booking for our records.
- Emergency Contact: Please share the mobile number of a family member (son, daughter, or next of kin) who can be reached for daily updates and in case of any emergency during the trip.
- Health & Accessibility: Kindly inform us in advance of any allergies, mobility requirements, or other health considerations so that our team can plan accordingly and ensure a comfortable journey for you.
- Health Advisory: Please follow any prevailing state government travel and health guidelines applicable at the time of departure.
- Valuables: We advise against carrying expensive jewellery, gold, silver, or other high-value items during the retreat, as Gill Travel Retreats cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal valuables.
- Alcohol and smoking are permitted only in the privacy of your room or other designated areas, provided it does not disturb fellow guests.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing.

Pay Booking Fee
An advance booking fee is required; our team will share payment details upon confirmation. Payment can be made via online bank transfer, cheque, or payment gateway link. Request a payment receipt.
Balance Payment
Pay the remaining balance 20 days prior to the tour departure date.
E-Documents
E-vouchers and E-tickets will be issued 72 hours prior to departure.
